1997 год - пришло время возрождения - церковь "Слово веры" начинает расширять свои пределы.

В первое воскресенье января открылась церковь под названием "Сила Веры" на массиве Троещина в Киеве.

В феврале открыта дочерняя церковь в Дарницко-Днепровском районе столицы Украины. В этом же месяце "Слово Веры"праздновала свою третью годовщину. Поздравить церковь с праздником приехали гости: Маргарет Айдохоса, Ладонна Осборн, Алексей Ледяев.

Организовано тюремное служение, посещение колоний строгого режима в Белой Церкви. Цель служения: привести к покаянию заключенных, показать им новую жизнь во Христе Иисусе.

27 января Александр Болдеско организовал фестиваль искусств.

Пришло 1000 человек посмотреть на праздник, посвященный Богу и на те таланты, которые дает Творец Своим детям.

Церковь росла и укреплялась, но она также и переживала нападки. Начались гонения на евангельскую церковь “Победа”, и это заметно отразилось на церкви “Слово Веры”: начались всевозможные проверки со стороны Отдела по делам религии.

Время шло, церковь значительно увеличилась, и вот тогда начались гонения.

Служение проходило в кинотеатре им. Довженко, но Правекс-банк купил это место под казино. Церковь молилась и взяла пост. И вновь произошло чудо: директор казино Роберт, а также президент и вице-президент концерна “Правекс” - Черновицкий Леонид Михайлович и его супруга Айвазова Алина Степановна, - покаялись и стали впоследствии активными членами церкви.

Февраль Церковь праздновала свою первую годовщину, а Бог уже приготовил Свой подарок. Он поставил Свое дитя под покровительство апостола Тоффа. Помазание усиливалось, и Господь не переставал благословлять. Он предоставил офис с 14-ю комнатами, хотя просили всего 7.

Наступил 1994 год, который и стал годом рождения церкви “СЛОВО ВЕРЫ”. Это долгожданное событие перевернуло судьбу Украины.

Было очень много препятствий на пути, не разрешали снимать зал, но пастор молился и Бог сделал чудо - все необходимые бумаги были подписаны. Господь все подготовил для спасения Своего народа.

6 февраля начала свой путь наша церковь. Джефф Девис сделал рекламу по телевидению. Эта реклама была не очень удачной, и по этой причине на служение пришло всего 50 человек, хотя зал был рассчитан на 1500. Но, несмотря на это, Бог делал Свою работу и 48 человек покаялось.

Шел 1993 год. В этом году и началась подготовка к рождению церкви “СЛОВО ВЕРЫ”. На улице стояла зима, народ Украины радостно встречал праздник Рождества, даже не подозревая, что приготовил для них Бог.

Вдруг на экранах телевизоров появляется темнокожий нигериец, его глаза наполнены любовью, слова не очень разборчивы, но попадают прямо в сердце… Он приглашал людей познать истину и стать свободными. Далее последовали объявления в газетах. После столь яркого обращения начали приходить первые люди.

Dear God,
I come to You in the Name of Jesus.
I admit that I am not right with You, and I want to be right with You.
I ask You to forgive me of all my sins. The Bible says if I confess with my mouth that “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead, I will be saved (Rom. 10:9).
I believe with my heart and I confess with my mouth that Jesus is the Lord and Savior of my life. Thank You for saving me!
In Jesus’ Name I pray.
Amen.

Declaration of the Missionary movement
We believe that the Lord Jesus calls every generation to ministry.
We believe that great commission “go and make disciples of all nations” applies to us personally.
 
Therefore:
Serving God and spreading the Gospel of the Kingdom is the main priority in our life.
 
We are ready to devote ourselves and everything we have for the establishing of the Kingdom of God here on the Earth.

We realize that we are ready to endure all hardships and dangers in our life for the sake of ministry and fulfillment of God’s will.

We are prepared to live in any culture and nation sharing its fate, difficulties, and trials.

We love our enemies and adversaries, and if necessary we are prepared to suffer for the sake of their salvation.

We are prepared to serve God in any capacity and social status, entrusting to Him our destiny and our entire life.

We are indifferent to being low or high, and and even death we consider as gain.

We are willing to study constantly to be most effective in God’s hands.

We are ready to be unknown and unfairly judged among people, but we value the glory that we have in God.

We are equally prepared to serve one person and entire nations.
If we become tired and exhausted we will still  serve the Lord Jesus Christ as long as there is  at least one person who needs salvation!
 
Goals of the Missionary Center:
1. Consolidation of all daughter churches of the Embassy of God church.
2. Training of missionaries and sending them into new lands.
3. Opening of  new churches.
4. Taking care of existing churches.
5. Building up the Apostolic Church as the church of the last days, to be able to influence and transform a godless world.

Ukrainian Cultural and Spiritual Center
Ukrainian Cultural and Spiritual Center is the contemporary symbol of revival of Ukrainian spirituality!
 
Every person has the chance from God to make history!
 
Only the best can become heroes! In most cases, everything great is invented by a person who dared to think in a different way: taking responsibility to create something extraordinary and non-existing before.
 
In the middle of the first century A.D., Apostle Andrew dared to prophesy the foundation of a great city. The prophecy came true, and wonderful city named in honour of its founder, Kiy – Kiev, was founded.
 
In the Primary Chronicle (by the monk Nestor) we read:” Do you see these hills? God’s grace will begin to shine upon these hills; there a great city with plenty of churches and the cross will be erected by God.”
 
In the year 988, Kiev as the “mother of Russian cities” became the place where Prince Vladimir Svyatoslavovich had christened Kiev Russ in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. The new faith-Christianity was gradually spread all over the princely possessions of the future Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia.
 
Today we as the citizens of the country have ventured to proclaim that the New Ukrainian Cultural and Spiritual Center as the contemporary symbol of spiritual revival of Ukraine must appear in the ancient city Kiev, equally with gold-domed historical monuments of the Kiev Russ’s times.
 
The Ukrainian Cultural and Spiritual Center is the holy place for our salvation and enlightenment, our children, grandsons, and great grandsons!
 
The opportunity to build a temple is a privilege, as temples are not built often. Even king David did not have such an opportunity asking:” God, please bless me, and I will erect a temple in honour of Your Holy Name.”  God has answered to him:” No, your son Solomon will build a temple.”
 
As believers, we have been given an opportunity to build a contemporary monument to our God. The Cross on the place of which the contemporary monument of Christianity will be built is already erected! The Ukrainian Cultural and Spiritual Center will be constructed without any doubts! This prophecy will come true thanks to our common efforts! The Andrew’s church, like most other history monuments, was built by ordinary enthusiasts like we are. Both the wealthy and the poor were trying to make a major contribution to this Godly cause.
 
We have decided to renew this old forsaken tradition of sponsorship and invite all those who want to make history with this project of great historical importance. A memory book with the names of those who have believed in this idea and have taken active participation in the aforementioned project is under way.
 
The Avenue of glory, Wall of gratitude will be made, and each of the 35 halls in the building will be named by the names of individuals who have built it. This is a great opportunity to leave a worthy heritage for the forthcoming generations. Your name will go down in history of Ukraine!
